Take the first step towards a brighter future with our free initial counselling consultation. We offer you a safe and confidential space to share your concerns, explore your goals, and begin your journey towards personal growth and well-being. Our experienced counsellors are here to listen, understand, and support you on your path to positive change.

80 minute session
Unlock 80 minutes of dedicated counselling time, available on both weekdays and weekends, at the rate of $220 per session. Invest in your mental and emotional well-being with our experienced counsellors, tailored to fit your schedule and needs.

Subsequent session
Continuing your journey towards self-discovery and well-being is made flexible and affordable with our subsequent counseling sessions:
- Weekday 50-minute session: $150
- Weekend 50-minute session: $200
- Online/Zoom 50-minute session (available on both weekdays and weekends): $150
