Are all counselling sessions confidential ?

Yes. All information shared within the session is kept private and confidential. We will not disclose details of the sessions to anyone without your express consent. In the case whereby the law requires the information and if you were to pose a danger to yourself or others, we are obliged to notify the relevant parties for your safety.

What are the counselling fees?

What do I expect at the first sessions ?

During your first visit , the counsellor assigned to you will go through a signed consent form.

Thereafter , the counsellor will spend 1 hour to conduct an intake session. During the intake session, the counsellor would gather information on the issues and challenges you are facing.

Through this process , we encourage you to be open and transparent towards sharing information. This would further aid the counsellor in making an assessment towards supporting you.
